Bicycle Bike Mount

How would I mount a 3.5 hp briggs and straton engine on a Bicycle?

I wanted to mount a horizontal shaft 3.5 briggs and straton engine on my Huffy full size bike. I can weld so the fabrication part wouldn’t be to hard…just need some fresh ideas. thanks.
